Crynodeb
We are recruiting Care Assistants in Warwick and surrounding areas for both part-time care jobs and full-time care jobs.
Flexible hours are available, with contracted hours up to 30 hours per week. We are especially looking for carers to work early mornings (7am–9am) and evenings (7pm–10pm), with the option of alternate weekends or the same day every weekend.

Contracted hours available (10–30 hours per week depending on availability)

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Care Worker:
Provide personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
Administer medication as per instructions
Deliver companionship and emotional support, encouraging wellbeing
Support with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
Assist with mobility (transfers from bed to chair, wheelchair use etc)
Help with light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment
Keep accurate records of care provided and daily observations
Requirements for Care Assistant:
Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance is a must
Right to work in the UK
A compassionate, caring, and reliable nature
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience in care, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide comprehensive training
