The Role
We’re looking for a Wearhouse Operative to join our Goods Inward and Despatch team. A motivated, driven and enthusiastic person is required to control materials taken into a Warehouse.
This role requires you to administer and reconcile all incoming raw materials, ingredients and packaging in terms of both deliveries and stocks that arrive on site and ensure they meet specifications.
You will work closely with Supply chain and production to ensure stock accuracy at all times, keeping all records and paperwork up to date. Must have computer skills, WMS, reliable and have excellent attendance and punctuality.
Reporting to the Warehouse Controllers/Goods Inwards & Despatch Manager the successful candidate will have outstanding communication and organisational skills. It is essential that you have previous experience, ideally within a food environment and being able to prioritise. In addition to your 'Can Do' attitude, punctual, eye for detail. A primary focus will be driving Continuous Improvement through the successful achievement of KPI's.
Previous FLT reach / counter-balance experience is required but training can be given to the right candidate, as you will be required to undertake stock movements.
