Recruitment Consultant Role
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing and pre‑screening candidates.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding stages across multiple sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with long standing and new clients, external agencies, and job boards to identify skills gaps and fill vacancies cost-effectively and efficiently.
- Proactively promote employer brand through sourcing initiatives, social media, and referral schemes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
- Negotiate offers and close placements
Recruitment Consultant Requirements
- At least 1 year recruitment experience OR transferable skills
- Experience in automotive, sales, or technical recruitment is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
