Can you provide a great warm welcome to guests of our hotel – when the moon is at its highest?
The Guest Service team are the face of the hotel, they set the tone of Grand Hospitality by welcoming and fulfilling the needs of our guests.
As Night Guest Service Agent you will bring your personality to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests throughout the night.
The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver fantastic experiences time and time again, meeting every need and finding solutions to unique guest queries and requests.
The role will be 40hours per week, working over 4 days.
What the job involves
• Promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full assistance to anyone requiring assistance.
• To be fully conversant in all hotel and local amenities to provide guests with help and guidance during their stay.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using Grand processes to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Deliver night room service and assist the operational departments with their late-night functions.
• Responsible for making sure the hotel remains secure throughout the night.
What you will bring to the job
• Warm and genuine nature, someone who can make people feel at ease.
• To be able to confidently, clearly and politely communicate with our guests throughout the night.
• Promote a positive attitude and display the ability to ‘make things happen’ to achieve or exceed anticipated results.
• Highly customer-service oriented.
• Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends on night shift periods between 8pm and 8am.
