As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early experiences of young children, providing high-quality care, education, and support in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Child Development: Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Person Role: Build strong relationships with children and families, tracking progress and ensuring individual needs are met.
Safe & Stimulating Environment: Create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow.
Observations & Assessments: Regularly observe, assess, and record children’s progress, using this information to plan next steps.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, support each other, and maintain a positive team culture.
Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensure children’s safety and well-being, following safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
Partnership with Parents: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, offering support, feedback, and guidance on their child’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Level 3 Early Years Qualification
✅ Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach
✅ Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
✅ Creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing outstanding childcare
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
