Are you an experienced administrator looking for the next step in your career? Join our established People Team and become a Fixed Term HR Ops Project Administrator.
As the HR Ops Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support across the HR Operations function. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and help foster a positive employee experience.
Some of your key responsibilities will be supporting with organising meetings, minute taking, record keeping, merging and distribution HR related letters, updating project plans, coordinating with HRBP’s and general Admin related to the operational projects.

This is a fixed term contract for 10 months.As a HR Ops Project Administrator FTC, you will:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, right-to-work documentation, and personnel files
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and system updates are completed
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers, escalating as necessary
- Assist with HR reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution of reports
- Support job change administration, including change processes
- Oversee project plans
- Organise HR related meetings, take and collate minutes
- Distribution of HR related letters
Employee Relations & Compliance Support
- Assist in preparing documentation for employee relations matters, such as disciplinaries and grievances
- Support compliance activities, including audits and statutory reporting
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in an HR administrative role.
- Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and HR best practices
- Understanding of HR processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
