Job Scope:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of our North Europe Business Intelligence team to manage daily and monthly reporting, forecasting, and analysis to guide commercial decisions
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage bi-weekly and monthly order forecasts, consolidating inputs from multiple commercial teams.
• Produce daily order performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Develop, automate, and maintain weekly and monthly reports to support decision-making.
• Partner with different teams to deliver regular and ad hoc analyses tailored to business needs.
• Produce monthly external reports for key customers.
• Serve as the reference point for customer segmentation and reporting, ensuring data accuracy within SAP and Business Objects, and proactively identifying discrepancies.
• Contribute to cross-functional commercial and financial projects, supporting strategic initiatives.
• Meet all group reporting deadlines, taking ownership of issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Support ad hoc analysis and presentations as required.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analysis, commercial finance, or similar analytical role, ideally within wholesale or retail.
• Strong Excel skills and proven experience in data analysis, modelling, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to translate data into clear, insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
• Experience using SAP and Business Objects is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
