About the Role

This includes contributing to the development of learners preparing for careers in early childhood education, primary education, and related sectors.

In addition to classroom delivery, you will take on responsibilities such as acting as a Course Leader, contributing to programme coordination, tracking and monitoring attendance and progress towards achievement, and applying appropriate and supportive interventions when needed. You will play an active role in curriculum development, ensuring our provision remains current and aligned with sector standards.

The role also includes participation in recruitment activities, open events, and external moderation processes, as well as maintaining accurate records, supporting learner progress, and upholding high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and student support.
