Crynodeb
The Best Connection are working closely with our client to source additional courier delivery drivers for their Teesside operation.
This is a Parcel Delivery role and a high volume of successful deliveries will be expected daily.
The role:
- Safe operation of a 3.5 tonne vehicle (generally a long wheel base)
- Vehicle provided
- Correct completion of all associated paperwork
- Parcel delivery
- The work is multi-drop of around 60 deliveries per day across the North area
- Deliveries to business and domestic customers
The candidate:
- "B" licence with no more than 6 points and no DD or DR endorsements
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience
- Existing DBS Check / DBS check will be carried out for successful candidates without one
- Excellent customer service skills
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday (weekend over time as required)
- 06.00 am to 17.00 pm (delivery dependant)
Pay Rates:
Trained:
- £16.19 Umbrella / £13.00 PAYE per hour
Training:
- £12.81 Umbrella / £12.50 PAYE per hour
