We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to support a large-scale growth project in the Water Sector. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in project coordination who is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting hiring activities across a range of roles.
As part of the contract team, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day logistics of hiring projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and internal teams.
What will you be doing?
You'll coordinate diaries for management teams to streamline interview scheduling, job postings, and start dates. Support the team by maintaining project trackers, status updates, and timelines to ensure smooth progress. Additionally, assist hiring managers and recruiters with documentation, helping provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Involves collaborating with the manager to organize onboarding events, particularly for hiring within the utilities sector. Through these responsibilities, You'll contribute to efficient recruitment processes and positive employee integration, ensuring both operational accuracy and an engaging start for new hires.
What you’ll bring
- Some experience in administration, coordination, HR, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn about recruitment and project coordination.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
