We're currently looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. We cover a vast array of clients ranging in location between cities such as Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.
Contract: PermanentType: Full TimeHours: 40 per weekPay: £12.60 per hoursLocation: Multiple (Mobile)
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
-Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
-Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
-Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
-Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

-Previous supervisory and/or cleaning experience.
-Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
-Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
-Ability to follow schedules and lead teams effectively.
-Self-driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
