About Forge Holiday Group

Forge Holiday Group brings together three market-leading brands - Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays, and Bachcare (NZ) - united by one mission: making it easier and more rewarding for people to enjoy unforgettable holidays.

With a team of 1,700 colleagues, we’re driven by our values: One Business, Keep It Simple, Grow & Learn, and Sustainable Impact. These values guide how we support our people, serve our customers, and build a sustainable future together.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager - Owner Operations & Performance to lead the development of the tools and systems that power how Forge works with its property owners.

Your mission: ensure our owners have the right information, insights, and tools to manage their listings and performance efficiently, transparently, and confidently - from compliance checks and pricing optimisation to quality management and issue resolution.

This is a high-impact role that directly supports our ability to scale exceptional holidays by helping owners succeed and stay satisfied. You’ll work closely with operations, commercial, service, and tech teams to design smarter workflows, drive automation, and build data-led features that improve both owner experience and business performance.

What You’ll Do:

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for owner operations and performance tooling.
Improve visibility and transparency of key owner metrics (pricing, revenue, quality, issue resolution).
Lead discovery and delivery of solutions that help owners resolve issues faster and improve performance.
Streamline operational processes - onboarding quality checks, compliance, listing changes, and issue tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, customer service, and engineering teams to identify pain points and deliver automation or self-service improvements.
Develop data-informed features that give owners timely insights and nudges to optimise performance and reduce inbound support.
Work with UX and engineering to deliver valuable, usable, and feasible product changes.
Measure outcomes using clear metrics to ensure product improvements drive value for both owners and the business.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Strong product management skills: discovery, prioritisation, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and outcome measurement.
Excellent communicator who can translate complex operational needs into clear product direction.
Commercial mindset, comfortable working with data, feedback, and operational inputs to define priorities.
Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery.
Passion for improving how people work through technology and workflow optimisation.

Desirable:

Experience in travel, property, or other complex service-based industries.
Understanding of operations, performance tooling, or workflow automation products.

What We Offer

Annual bonus scheme linked to company performance.
33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), plus up to 5 extra with long service.
Birthday day off + 2 volunteering days per year.
Enhanced parental leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at full pay).
Discounts on stays with our brands + wellbeing offers.
Health cash plan & life assurance.
Training & development opportunities.
24/7 mental health support.
On-site gym and parking at Chester HQ (near train station).
Employee savings scheme + long service awards.
Proudly one of only 1,000 B Corp-certified companies in the UK.

Inclusion & Belonging: We believe our strength comes from diverse perspectives and experiences. We encourage everyone to bring their authentic self to work, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, our team will be happy to help.

Apply today and help us build smarter, more transparent tools that empower our owners to perform at their best, and deliver even better holidays for our guests.
