Our school is defined by our motto, "Achieving Excellence Together," which drives our commitment to providing a first-class education that fosters a thirst for innovation, lifelong learning, and enquiry in all students, regardless of background or ability.

We offer:

  • A strong emphasis on Whole School Literacy and a supportive environment for professional growth.

  • A focus on student development, including dedicated time for Intervention Sessions and academic challenges like the Challenge Distinction Project.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related subject.

  • Be passionate about teaching English and committed to raising student attainment across KS3 and KS4.

  • Be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the school's vision of Achieving Excellence Together.

  • Be committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and academic challenge.
