Crynodeb
Form part of the administration team in completing general office tasks. This will include answering and dealing with telephone calls and messages, preparation of written support material, photocopying, e-mail communications, booking appointments and general department wide administration. Be responsible for the administration and registration of referrals to the team using the EPR system (EMIS) Docman and any other relevant IT services. To assist the Dietitians with administration in relation to the patient caseloads including typing of letters, sending GP letters via the Docman service and taking phone calls/messages/contacting patients.
