About the role:
To assist the Street Works Orders Officer in the delivery of the Streetworks service objectives for Powys in order to maintain and improve highway infrastructure. To provide technical and system support to the Street Works Section. To process TTROs and licences to ensure compliance with current regulations, issue invoices and recover outstanding finance.

You will be enthusiastic and motivated with a methodical, organised approach to work and a friendly demeanour.
You will be proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team within guidelines.
You will have a commitment to the health and safety of highway users and colleagues.
What you will do:
Assist the Street Works Orders Officer in processing Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders [TTRO] and other licence applications.
Produce publicity material to inform uses of issues.
Contribute to the wider activities of the Street Works Service.
There is no requirement for a Disclosure and Barring Service [DBS] check
