Are you an organised and detail-driven Accounts professional looking to take your next step in finance? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy finance team — and be given the chance to develop your skills and responsibilities as you go.

YOUR ROLE:

As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll provide essential day-to-day support to the finance function — from managing transactional processing to assisting with month-end tasks and financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of accounting and administration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing and maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records.


Assisting with preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.


Supporting cashflow management and month-end/year-end processes.


Managing staff expenses, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations.


Assisting with VAT returns and compliance checks.


Providing wider office administration support and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ Working towards (or qualified in) AAT or equivalent
✔️ Experience using Sage (Sage 200 preferred) and Microsoft Office
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Excellent organisational and time management skills
✔️ Confident communicator, both written and verbal
✔️ Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
✔️ Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
