About The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Divisional Director’s calendar, travel, and communications.
- Coordinate divisional projects and track key milestones.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks, meetings, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
