We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customers’ locations. This role requires technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles on-site.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, tire replacements, and battery services.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
Keep mobile service vehicle stocked with essential tools, parts, and supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician (mobile mechanic experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Basic computer or tablet skills for logging work orders.
