The Governing Body of this modern Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and happy caretaker.
St Cuthbert’s is a vibrant, culturally diverse, happy community school in the heart of Cardiff Bay.
The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the Catholic Ethos of the school and be committed to a climate of equality of opportunities and inclusion for all.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the security and general maintenance of the school. This will include opening and closing the buildings, managing traffic flow in to the car park, ensuring site security, undertaking all relevant health and safety checks as well as general maintenance and cleaning duties where required. You will also be required to move and set up equipment and to liaise with contractors whilst on site.
You will be flexible in your approach to work, able to work effectively and you will be available for call outs on weekends, evenings and bank holidays. You may also be required to work additional hours.
