We are seeking two dedicated and motivated individuals to join our National Resilience team on a 12-month temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of essential operational training and ensure the readiness of National Resilience equipment and facilities.
You will play a key part in preparing and delivering training to operational personnel and partner agencies, ensuring sessions are safe, effective, and well-resourced. This includes setting up training environments, coordinating equipment and logistics, and maintaining facilities to the highest standards. Following each event, you’ll carry out the necessary maintenance, cleaning, and testing to ensure readiness for future sessions.

You will also be responsible for testing and servicing National Resilience equipment, processing purchase orders for consumables and assets, and providing administrative and operational support to capability leads.
This is a varied and rewarding position for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, combined with opportunities to contribute to training delivery and operational preparedness.
