we're looking for a Junior Secretary/PA to support our leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organised, people-focused, and ready to build their career in admin and e-commerce support.
What you’ll do
Administrative & PA Support
Prepare and edit documents, emails, and notes with strong grammar and formatting
Manage diaries, book meetings, and handle appointment scheduling
Support with inbox management and follow-ups
Maintain organised digital filing and shared folders
Customer & Order Support
Respond to customer enquiries via email/DM professionally
Track orders, update customers, and liaise with couriers
Maintain CRM and order tracking spreadsheets
Recruitment & Team Support
Help schedule interviews and send confirmations
Follow up on candidate documents and onboarding tasks
Welcome visitors and support team meeting preparation
General Office Tasks
Support with office supplies, packaging, deliveries, and couriers
Assist with preparing meeting rooms on office days
Help organise small team events and supplier visits
About You
Eager to develop in a PA / admin / office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proactive, calm, and solutions-focused
Comfortable prioritising tasks and working efficiently
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Happy to learn CRM tools and e-commerce platforms
