A dynamic and customer-focused organisation is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relationship Executive to join its growing team. The company delivers essential business services and prides itself on offering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of compliance, particularly around Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This role is based in Bristol, with hybrid working options available. Flexible hours can be considered, including arrangements to support school or nursery schedules.


Your new role
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll play a key role in both onboarding new clients and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, guiding potential clients through the sales process and ensuring they meet AML/KYC requirements. Once onboarded, you'll manage the ongoing relationship, ensuring customers understand the value of the company's services and feel supported throughout their journey.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable service packages.
  • Explaining the company's services, pricing, and compliance requirements.
  • Managing the customer onboarding process, including AML/KYC checks.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and billing systems.
  • Proactively engaging with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Upselling additional services and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Managing cancellations and working to retain customers where possible.
  • Liaising with internal teams including AML, Finance, and Marketing to resolve queries and improve service delivery.


What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and over the phone.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Experience in a sales or customer relationship role, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC processes and CRM systems.
  • Confidence in negotiating and explaining service benefits and pricing.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a collaborative attitude.
