Crynodeb
Responsibilities:
- Manage design consultants, sub-consultants, and design subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all design-related information for construction.
- Support and mentor Design Coordinators on assigned projects.
- Ensure compatibility between Employer's Requirements and Contractor's Proposals.
- Oversee design activities during the construction phase.
- Chair and minute design meetings, ensuring information production aligns with programme needs.
Experience:
- Strong understanding of various client procurement routes.
- Experience at pre-construction stage.
- Solid grasp of design and build (D&B) contracts.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of cost drivers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects) desirable.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a construction-related discipline.
- Minimum six years' experience within the construction industry.
