- Risks and Issues – You will manage potential risk areas within the programme, working with project managers and escalating as appropriate.
- Act collaboratively - monitor the Portfolio communications and multibox, action commissions and flag items appropriately.
- You will also be expected to promote and support the integration of best P3M practices across the Portfolio e.g. on the wider Change Control and PMO maturity exercises.
- Strategy and planning: Develop and own the PMO communications and engagement strategy, stakeholder matrices, contact list and keep all up to date.
- Coordination - coordinate repository of activity across Portfolio, help setup knowledge and information management in our shared spaces, managing access and visibility.
