Night Care Assistants Required – Flexible Night Shifts Available
Are you a compassionate and reliable care professional who thrives in a calm, overnight environment? Phoenix Care Staff is recruiting dedicated Night Care Assistants to support residents and clients during evening and night-time hours.
If you have at least six months of experience in the care sector and are looking for flexible, rewarding night shifts, we’d love to hear from you.
A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing person-centred care and emotional support to residents throughout the night.
- Assisting with bedtime routines, overnight monitoring, and early morning care.
- Ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
- Using moving and handling equipment safely and following individual care plans.
- Completing nightly checks, documentation, and light housekeeping duties.
- Responding promptly to residents’ needs and maintaining a calm, reassuring presence.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver continuous, high-quality care.
