Support Worker Opportunities at our Church Green Lodge Respite Service

We’re looking for Part-Time and Zero Hour Support Workers to join our Church Green Lodge Respite Service. Our service provides respite for customers and their families through short/planned breaks and crisis and emergency support. You will work with our customers to help them live the life they choose, develop positive relationships and support with independent living skills.
The role requires working on a rota that may include early and late shifts, with a range of different shift patterns available, you will work on a rota that will include shifts throughout the week and weekends.

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
• Support personal goals – Help individuals achieve independence and life goals.
• Assist with daily living – Provide support with personal care, meals, and household tasks.
• Encourage physical and emotional health – Promote well-being through planned activities.
• Encourage social connections – Build and maintain positive relationships within the community.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment – Provide consistent care through a flexible rota
