Are you passionate about helping people and interested in how social housing is managed and maintained? Join our Housing Services team as one of three apprentices and kickstart a rewarding career in social housing!
What you’ll do:
Support teams in tenancy management, property letting, homelessness, rent collection, repairs, and more
Handle customer enquiries, visit properties, and help sustain tenancies
Gain hands-on experience across Neighbourhoods, Tenancy, and Property services
What we’re looking for:
Enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals
GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4–9 / A–C) or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills
Basic MS Office skills
Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and not be enrolled in other public-funded training
What we offer:
24-month Level 3 Housing/Property Management Apprenticeship
Remote learning with study time included
Friendly work environment and strong development support
Potential for future employment—our last 3 apprentices secured permanent roles!
