Pay rate: £382.30 per day PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 6 months
Working arrangements: Hybrid: 3 days on site
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Improvement Lead (Safeguarding) to drive practice excellence and deliver measurable improvements across Family Safeguarding and Adolescent Services.
Key responsibilities:
Drive improvements across Family Safeguarding and Adolescent Services, with a focus on strengthening social work practice
Support Ofsted readiness
Enhance partnership engagement
What the client is looking for:
Substantial experience in children’s social care improvement, ideally within Family Safeguarding or Adolescent Services
Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks and quality assurance processes
Proven ability to lead change, influence practice, and build productive partnerships
Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills
