Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Migration & Refresh Support Specialist!
Job Overview:
Support a large-scale device refresh and migration project at a secure government site. You'll be responsible for assisting with device logistics, system updates, and stock management under the guidance of technical leads.
- Location: On-site - Ruislip, HA4 6NG
- Hourly Rate: £25.15 via umbrella / £19.38 via PAYE
- Contract Length: 7 weeks (02-Jan-2026 to 24-Feb-2026)
- Start Date: 02 - Jan-2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with migration set-up and refresh clinic operations.
- Move devices from onsite storage to the refresh clinic as instructed.
- Log in to systems using contractor-provided devices under supervision.
- Refresh laptops and update workflow management systems accurately.
- Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
- Secure devices in storage at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with site managers and technical support specialists.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Government SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in IT hardware handling or technical support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site, Monday to Friday.
