About the Role

Thanks to recent promotions and extra hours becoming available, we’re excited to offer a variety of shifts across different services, giving you the flexibility to find a pattern that works for you.

You’ll provide person‑centred support in people’s homes and local communities, helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, medication, household tasks and attending activities that matter to the people you support.

Shifts include a minimum of 20 daytime hours, with additional sleep‑ins, working a variance of shifts throughout the week. We also have relief opportunities available. If you’re caring, adaptable, and looking for a role where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties could include:

Providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.
Offering emotional support and positive encouragement.
Completing light household tasks and basic administrative duties.
Bringing fresh ideas and helping to improve ways of working.
Checking and recording medication stocks and personal finances in line with policy.
