Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Quality Control Technician on behalf of our client based in Inchinnan.
The Company

Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to add a Quality Control Technician to their quality team.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of products throughout the manufacturing process. You’ll carry out testing on raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities
Carry out bulk quality control checks, including physical and chemical testing.
Perform microbiological sampling and testing on products and factory equipment.
Complete finished product assessments against agreed specifications.
Accurately record and report test results in a timely manner.
Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations, or out-of-specification results.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory and factory equipment, ensuring compliance with good laboratory practice.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, production, and technical teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical production environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An understanding of GMP and ISO standards (desirable).
Flexibility to work shifts as required across bulk QC and production QC teams.
Experience Required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical production environment is essential.
Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
