Warehouse Operative - FLT Reach Driver (Night Shift)


Location: Leeds, LS9
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour
We are currently looking to recruit reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives (FLT Reach Drivers) to join our night shift team in Leeds (LS9).
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations - from picking orders using forklifts to loading vehicles for delivery and assisting with the cutting of flooring products as required.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and can work efficiently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders from the warehouse using Forklifts (Reach and/or Counterbalance).

  • Loading vehicles for delivery, ensuring accuracy and correct dispatch.

  • Using in-house systems (tablets/RF scanners) to print jobs and track orders.

  • Cutting flooring products as required to fulfil customer orders.

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating FLT Reach Truck (and/or Counterbalance).

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately during night shifts.

  • Comfortable using in-house systems (tablets, RF scanners).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Flexibility and reliability are essential.
