What you’ll do

Support inspections and safety activities through desktop coordination

Keep records accurate and up to date for compliance and improvement

Log and track customer concerns, feedback and engagement activity

Help improve contractor performance with clear reporting and meeting notes

Use your initiative to help the team manage workload and solve problems

You have
-
Strong admin experience in construction, facilities or building safety

Great attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
-
Confidence handling sensitive info and communicating clearly

Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office and specialist systems

A passion for learning and making a difference

The practical bits

You’ll work Monday to Friday
-
You’ll work core hours between 08:00 and 18:00 with flexibility built in

We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our head office, with the rest from home.

Our anchor days are Monday and Thursday
