Crynodeb
An exciting development opportunity has arisen within the Major Programme and Service Improvement department for a Band 8b as a Senior Programme Delivery and Assurance Manager As the successful applicant you will as a senior Programme Manager you will be an expert in Programme Delivery / Management, Programme Planning and responsible for the management of a designated portfolio of projects with a strong focus on delivery and implementation of national and local transformation and change. You will be responsible for the stringent application of governance and risk management methodologies and will provide a crucial interface between key Programmes, Velindre Cancer Service and Business as Usual activities and providing effective co-ordination of the Programmes and projects and the management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. A key component of this role will be responsibility for the effective planning and maintenance of the overall integrity and coherence of the IRS programme. The role is based at Velindre Cancer Centre, Whitchurch. Travel may be required to other sites across the Trust and within NHS Wales as required.
