About the RoleIn this role, you will:Provide day-to-day supervision, case management, and guidance to Domestic Abuse Practitioners embedded in housing teams across the county.Support a small caseload of clients, delivering trauma-informed safety planning and housing-related support.Work closely with housing colleagues and external partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality support for victims and survivors.Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings including MARAC, MATAC, and MAPPA, escalating risk and advocating for clients.Oversee case allocation, staffing levels, and performance management, including recruitment and induction of staff and volunteers.Promote IDAS values and model professional behaviours across internal teams and external forums.
