We are looking for experienced bar/waiting staff to join us at the Dolphin Centre Catering Department. As a member of our team, you will cover shifts in our Bistro area as well as 16 Horsemarket Cafandeacute; Bar. You will also assist with the delivery of meeting refreshments/ functions, events and complete daily cleaning and restocking tasks.

The successful applicant will be required to work varying shifts to accommodate the needs of the business. The 26 hour contract is made up of 4 shifts over 4 days (Mon-Sun) over a 10 week rolling rota.andnbsp; The allocated shifts to cover opening times are 7.30-2pm, 12-7.30pm, 9.30-4pm, 10-4.30pm and 4-10.30pm (however these times/days are subject to change-with notice)

Please note that due to the nature of working in the catering industry, a large proportion of these shifts will occur at weekends and therefore only applicants who can commit to this can be considered.

As you will be working in a licensed premises and serving alcoholic drinks to customers, you should be aged 18 and over.

The South Park Cafandeacute; is also managed by Dolphin Centre Catering and there may be opportunity to fulfil hours in this area too.
