An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced small animal vet ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This friendly and progressive companion animal practice based just outside of Cork is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to guide a dedicated team clinically and help shape the next chapter of the clinic’s success.
The position offers a balance of clinical work and team leadership, within a supportive network of practices that provide access to referral surgery, exotic, and wildlife services, allowing collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the wider group while maintaining a strong focus on companion animal care at this site.
The ideal candidate will bring confidence in routine and emergency small animal surgery, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding client care. An interest in internal medicine and diagnostics would be a welcome addition.
