What You’ll Do
As a Workplace Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Front-of-House & Guest Experience

Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors professionally.
Manage visitor registration and meeting room setups.
Coordinate catering and provide concierge-style services.
Facilities & Workplace Support

Conduct daily workplace checks and escalate issues.
Assist with event setups, office moves, and workstation arrangements.
Manage supplies, deliveries, and helpdesk tickets.
Health, Safety & Compliance

Support emergency procedures and safety standards.
Report hazards and maintain cleanliness in shared areas.
Administrative & Team Support

Help with onboarding, maintain records, and support service requests.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in customer-facing or facilities roles.
Comfortable with manual tasks and event setups.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Desirable

Experience in corporate or hospitality environments.
Knowledge of health & safety and building operations.
Personal Attributes

Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Reliable and enthusiastic about creating great workplace experiences.
