Crynodeb
Undertake mechanical maintenance tasks and minor repairs across the hospital estate. Respond to planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks in line with departmental service level agreements. Work flexibly across disciplines within the Estates Maintenance Team. Ensure compliance with national and local Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments. Participate in the on-call rota, with site attendance required within 40 minutes. Support small projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of Estates services.
