Crynodeb
The post holder will work predominately at Clifton Hospital where there is a strong focus on multi-disciplinary teamwork. The post holder will receive leadership support from the Divisional Team and will deliver a wide range of clinical care in managing patients in a community hospital setting. There is also a requirement of weekend oncall provision. Support the progression of patient pathways in line with the CliftonTransformation Model. . Provide medical review to include assessment and management of thedeteriorating patient. Participate in regular MDT
