Crynodeb
The role involves sophisticated skills in the arenas of assessment and treatment to children experiencing mental illness. Accurate risk assessment and safety planning is a key skill of this role and you will be experienced in managing a caseload of individuals for whom there exists significant levels of risk. The post holder will have good communication skills and will be able to represent the service in complex forums and networks. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team to deliver high quality care.
