We’re looking for motivated, detail-driven Inventory Clerks to join our growing freelance team at ProProperty London (PPL). You’ll be the trusted eyes and ears of leading estate agents, inspecting rental properties, capturing accurate reports, and ensuring every handover runs smoothly.
If you love being out and about, meeting people, and taking pride in precision, this flexible freelance role offers freedom, variety, and great earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Freelance Inventory Clerk, you’ll:
✅ Conduct detailed property inspections at check-in, mid-term, and check-out stages.
✅ Create clear, accurate written and photographic reports.
✅ Meet tenants, landlords, and agents — always representing PPL with professionalism.
✅ Spot maintenance issues, track changes, and ensure full transparency for all parties.
✅ Manage your own schedule and travel across London’s vibrant neighbourhoods.
Every day is different, every property unique — and your reports help keep the London rental market running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
✨ Experienced in inventories or property management (training available for the right person)
✨ Presentable, punctual, and professional — you’ll often be the face of our clients
✨ Tech-savvy with a computer/laptop and reliable broadband
✨ Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing your own time
✨ Available on weekends
✨ Transport-ready — whether that’s Tube, train, bike, or scooter!
✨ Covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
✨ Full of energy and a positive, can-do attitude — we want people who shine in the field
