Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Gainsborough and surrounding areas
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team, providing one-to-one support to older adults in their own homes. Our care visits are never rushed, with morning calls lasting a minimum of one hour, giving you the time to provide quality care and build genuine connections.

Requirements:
Ideally a driver with access to your own vehicle
Must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorships)

✅ Excellent pay rates – £12.45 per hour during probation, increasing after completion of your Care Certificate

✅ Mileage reimbursement – 35p per mile
