This role is ideal for graduates aspiring to teach or pursue a career in education, psychology, or mentoring. You’ll work closely with subject teachers and the inclusion team to deliver 1:1 and small group support across key subjects, helping students achieve academic success in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

• Academic Mentor – full-time, immediate start

• Earn £95–£110 per day depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering focused 1:1 and small group academic interventions
• Supporting students to improve confidence and progress
• Assisting teachers in lesson preparation and differentiation

• Graduate with strong academic background (2:1 or higher preferred)
