The apprenticeship team are recruiting an apprentice administrator to support the enrolment, on going learning and achievement of apprentices studying across a wide range of apprenticeship programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career and to develop your IT and admin skills by working with an established team where learners come first and knowledge is key.

You will be studying for the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship delivered by the MFT apprenticeship team.

This is initially a fixed term contract for the duration of the Apprenticeship programme. On successful completion of the apprenticeship qualification, the role will become permanent.

This is an apprenticeship opportunity for an Administrative Support Office in the Apprenticeship Team. The employee will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship programme.

To provide support to the Apprenticeship Team for programmes using various Microsoft software packages and systems. To support exam invigilation, registration and certification. To provide timely information to all relevant external information systems.

To handle queries relating to programmes and from learners and ensure information is passed on in a timely manner to the relevant people.
