My well respected client, who specialises in giving young people the best possible star in life is opening a warm, welcoming home for children and young people with learning disabilities - and they are looking for a Deputy Manager who is ready to make a real impact.

What you will do:
- Be a steady, inspiring presence for young people and your team.
- Support the day-to-day running of the home.
- Lead with compassion, confidence, and clarity.
- Step up when the Registered Manager is away.
- Help create a safe, nurturing space where everyone feels seen and valued.
What you will bring:
- A full UK manual driving licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce
- At least 1 years' experience as a Senior in a children's residential setting
- Flexibility for shifts, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
- A genuine passion for helping young people discover their strengths.
