About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success & Key Accounts Executive to join our growing Commercial team.
This role is an excellent entry point into account management, giving you the opportunity to work closely with clients and
colleagues to deliver an outstanding service.
You’ll support account managers and directors, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective reporting, and day-to-day client success –
all while helping nurture long-term relationships.
Key Deliverables in the role include:
Client Support & Engagement
* Act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
* Support onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate data and records.
* Respond to client queries with professionalism and escalate where needed.
Account Growth & Retention
* Help deliver account plans that support client renewals and retention.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
* Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and renewal packs.
Operational Excellence
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent reporting outputs.
* Contribute to smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
* Provide reliable administrative support to account managers and directors.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be a highly organised and client-oriented professional who enjoys supporting others and building strong
relationships.
You’ll bring:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
It would also be an advantage if you have:
* Experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer service.
* An interest in building a career in media or B2B account management.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
