We're seeking a dedicated Deputy / Dementia Care Manager to provide inspiring leadership and hands-on support to a committed care team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing dementia care services within a purpose-built care setting in the heart of Market Harborough.
This modern care environment supports up to 137 residents with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Many residents are living with dementia and benefit from personalised, one-to-one support that promotes independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Manager:
• Lead and support the care team alongside the Team Leader to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
• Oversee and regularly review care plans, ensuring they reflect residents' evolving needs
• Foster meaningful engagement with residents, respecting their individuality and communication styles
• Administer and accurately record prescribed medications
• Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations, including staffing, compliance, and financial matters
