Crynodeb
As a Early Years Practitioner you will be required to work with other members of staff in providing a varied and stimulating programme of activities following the Early Years Foundation stage and ensuring the safety and well being of the children. You should be prepared to do this indoors and outdoors every day whatever the weather. You should be committed to working within an inclusive framework to ensure equality for all. In order to achieve this you are expected to take an active role in all aspects of nursery life. You will have a love of outdoor learning and ideally hold a forest school level 3 qualification.
