Phoenix Care Staff is a family-run care provider proudly supporting Nursing and Residential Homes across the local area. We’re now welcoming experienced Health Care Assistants who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous paid experience in a Nursing or Residential care setting
- A genuine passion for helping others and promoting independence
- A driving licence is preferred but not essential
What You’ll Receive:
- £13.68 per hour, paid weekly
- Holiday pay and pension scheme included
- Free uniform provided
- Refresher training to keep your skills up to date
- DBS application support
- Flexible working options – full-time, part-time, or bank shifts
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Assisting with repositioning to prevent pressure areas
- Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
- Using hoists and other moving equipment safely and confidently
